SESSION DESCRIPTION & PROCESS: This session will provide you with information about the importance of loving and accepting yourself just the way you are. This does not mean that you have to like everything about yourself, but it’s about intentionally focusing on positivism, optimism, compassion and kindness to you create new ways of thinking that will eventually replace your old and destructive thought patterns. In this session you will learn strategies about how to love yourself more, be less perfectionist, and increase your self-compassion. In this session you will be provided with:
1. ATICA welcome gift for tactile input. This is a technique that we use to help you remember to practice the skills learned during the session. The welcome gift contains an orange wristband to work your sacral chakra, a card to help you identify your stage in life (Survive, Adapt, Thrive), a plastic coin, a sticker, a crystal, a pen, and a bookmark. Your welcome gift will be sent to you via mail when you book and pay for your session.
2. Self-reflection, assessment & information package. This digital package will be sent to you via email when you book and pay for your session. This virtual package contains:
v Introduction of topic, research & evidence-based benefits of mastery, and comprehensive list of resources and research.
v Introduction of Reiki and benefits of Reiki healing.
v Self-Assessment* Your self-assessment includes:
i. Personal goals and objectives for the session.
ii. Identification of strengths, interests and core values.
iii. Identification of learning style. Option for Reiki Healing opt-out.
iv. Identification of motivation for change.
v. Wheel of life ranking.
*Please make sure to complete your self-assessment form BEFORE your session; that way you both can maximize your time together and get to work on what is important from the first minute of your session.
3. Distance Reiki at the beginning and at the end of your session. Your coach, Angela, is a Reiki Master-Teacher, Usui, since 2002. In your session you will receive distance Reiki healing twice: at the beginning and the end of your session. In the self-reflection, assessment & information package you will find details about Reiki, what it is and how it works. If Reiki is not your thing, you can opt-out of receiving Reiki healing during your session.
4. 30-page workbook on the specific topic of your session for you to use at your own pace. It will help you prepare for the session, get insight during the session and to continue your self-reflection and introspection after your session.
5. Topic-Specific information for your session, which for this session includes:
v The importance of self-awareness: Understanding your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors through mindfulness, self-reflection and letting go of what does not serve you any longer.
v The importance of self-expression: Being true to who you are in all areas of life by embracing your creative self, practicing hobbies, connecting with your inner child, and focusing on increasing positive emotions in your life.
v The importance of self-trust: Believing in your ability to handle life’s ups and downs by being aware of your big and small successes, connecting to your higher self, creating a vision for your life, practicing self-discipline, and monitoring your negative self-talk.
v The importance of self-compassion: Being kind to yourself and treating yourself the way you treat the people you love. Strategies to create neural pathways to foster patience and self-forgiveness.
v The importance of self-respect: Honoring your worth by setting healthy boundaries for yourself and others. Learning the benefits of prioritizing yourself and stopping being a people pleaser.
v The importance of self-acceptance: Embracing who you are, which means accepting your imperfections and focusing on what makes you unique and valuable. Learning strategies to stop the comparison game.
6. Self-contract to keep momentum going towards success, growth and manifesting a fulfilled and joyful life: Focusing on an action plan to become more authentic, be self-accountable, and keep the commitment to express your true self.
7. 7 days of follow-up exchanges with Angela after the session: Meditations, worksheets, exercises, & feedback scheduled throughout the week after your session and completed via private coaching app.
8. 15-minute follow up video call scheduled one week after your session. The goal for the follow-up call is to support you in your success by identifying progress, needs, and future goals.
